Boursin & Prosciutto-Wrapped Bread Sticks

This classic appetizer is a lifesaver when you’re in a pinch for a starter. Feel free to switch up the flavours by using pepper or garlic Boursin or serrano ham.
8 prosciutto slices
½ pkg (75 g) Boursin cheese
16 bread sticks, each about
5 inches (12 cm) long
1 Lay prosciutto slices out on a countertop. Cut each slice in half lengthwise. Spread each piece of prosciutto with about 1 tsp (5 mL) of cheese. Roll up 1 piece of prosciutto diagonally around a bread stick, leaving ends uncovered. Repeat with remaining bread sticks. Arrange on a platter and serve within 1 hour of preparing.
