Blood Orange Tea

Flavoured teas are everywhere and this one takes advantage of the taste and colour of blood oranges. It is also good with regular oranges.
Makes 1 drink
1 tsp black tea
1 blood orange
¾ oz orange liqueur
Sugar to taste
Place the tea in warmed teapot. Remove a small strip of zest from the orange, the squeeze 2 tbsp of juice. Add to the teapot then pour over 8 oz boiling water. Let steep 3 minutes. Strain into a cup, sweeten to taste and garnish with an orange slice.
