Black and Tan
Summer 2004
One of my early favourites, which also happpens to be a delicious way to end a steamy summer's day, is the Bourbon Black and Tan, composed of roughly a half-bottle each of Black Oak Nut Brown Ale and St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout, topped with one ounce of Maker's Mark Kentucky Bourbon.
