Banana Split Cocktail
Autumn 2009
Drizzle the inside of a cocktail glass with chocolate sauce. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz pineapple-flavoured rum, ½ oz banana liqueur, ½ oz Kahlúa and 2 oz whipped cream. Shake and strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with a skewer of pineapple, maraschino cherry, banana and strawberries.
