Apple Pie Martini
Autumn 2009
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz amber rum, ½ oz cinnamon schnapps, ¼ oz lemon juice, ¼ oz maple syrup and 2 oz fresh (cloudy) apple juice. Shake sharply and strain into a Martini glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
