Absolut® Russian Recycled

Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz whole milk, 3.8%
1½ oz Coffee-Infused Absolut Vodka (see recipe below)
½ oz simple syrup
A small handful ice cubes
Pour milk, infused vodka and simple syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Pour into a tumbler glass with filled with fresh ice.
Makes 1 cocktail
Coffee-Infused Absolut Vodka
Add ¼ cup used coffee grounds to a resealable jar or container. Pour in 12 oz (1 ½ cup) Absolut vodka. Stir. Let rest 30 minutes or up to overnight. Fine strain.
Yields 12 oz (1½ cup) for Coffee-infused Vodka for 8 cocktails
