This sparkling wine is produced with only Moscato grapes. It has a very low level of sugar that makes it very similar to a semi-sweet wine. It has a nice intensity and a persistent flavour, with sage, honey, orange flowers, tropical fruit and nutmeg hints. It is very fresh on the palate and it has a soft, floral, intense, pleasant and persistent taste. Serve at 8 - 10 °C. It is an excellent match with buttery aromatic cakes and raised dough such as panettone sponge-cakes, white or yellow fruit, any cream based dessert. Tiramisu, panna cotta, cookies with raisins and cheese matched with jam or honey really brings out the vanilla and tropical flavours. 2018 Vini Buoni d'Italia: Best Sweet Sparkling Wine of Italy
