The Fifty is sourced from three vineyards: the Leaning Post estate vineyard, a vineyard in Twenty Mile Bench and a vineyard in Beamsville Bench. It's 100% barrel fermented, then transferred to age in stainless steel. You can expect a textured, creamy wine with complex notes of butter, tropical fruit, peach, pear, smoke, and a chalky minerality. Pair with grilled chicken.
