Royal Tokaji was founded by the eminent wine writer and author Hugh Johnson. This is a classic late-harvest Tokaji with balanced sweetness underlying the floral, honeysuckle, ripe melon, peach and dried fruit tones. Pleasant and fresh. Pair this with foie gras, blue-veined cheeses, roast pineapple or dark chocolate. (Vintages panel, March 2019)
