Established 2007 in Ontario apple country, Thornbury Village Cider House has a goal: to be to cider what Niagara is to wine. Their Spiced Apple Cider is medium sweet and shows aromas and flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg, caramelized apples and malt. The finish lingers with notes of fresh apple pie. Serve warmed or on ice.
