Dyer's 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon has come together since last year. Today, the tannins have softened considerably, and the wine shows less energy than it did twelve months ago, both of which suggest the wine may have been fined. A host of black cherry, plum, spice, menthol and graphite flesh out on the savory, inviting finish. The 2013 is impressive and very beautiful, but it showed a bit more pedigree last year. Drinking window: 2019-2033. Score - 94. (Antonio Galloni, vinous.com, Oct. 2015)
