The historic, family-run Tahbilk was founded in 1860 and is a member of Australia's First Families of Wine, which is an organization dedicated to preserving the character of Australia's rich viticultural heritage. This Viognier is ripe and intense, with high-toned floral notes, flavours of peach, apple and honeysuckle, and a hint of spice. Pair with grilled seafood or roasted chicken dishes.
