This beer is crafted as an homage to the hard working people of Lake Abitibi in northern Ontario and Quebec. Expect aromas and flavours of caramel, toffee, roasted malt and bold hops. The palate is rich, smooth and balanced with a pleasantly hoppy finish. Pair with a cheese and maple bacon burger or pulled pork poutine.
