Lacey Estates produced their first Prince Edward County wine in 2007. Their estate-grown cabernet franc ages in oak for 32 months to yield a smooth, full-bodied red. Its floral notes of smoky oak, black plum, herbs and spices lead to a long, lingering finish. Pair with grilled steak, vegetarian lasagna or tapenade crostini.
