The 2015 Barbaresco Bordini is a smooth and silky interpretation. The wine holds back, just a tad, in terms of intensity. This is an interesting result considering the general warmth and abundance of this hot vintage. Instead of muscle and volume, you get a more stripped-down and subtle expression with delicate, nuanced flavors that linger long on the palate. Drink date: 2019-2030. Score - 93.
