Clear and colourless. Attractive, intense, faintly spicy, dried ripe pear purée nose with a faint floral-herbal hint reminiscent of agave. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, attractive, fairly intense, elegant, gentle ripe pear flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, bright finish. It is rare to get two single grape premium Pisco 'Puro' in a single Vintages release. Recommended by Vintage Assessments! A Best Buy. Score - 94.
