First produced as part of the celebrations to mark the 20th anniversary of The Hip's classic album Trouble at the Henhouse, this rich, layered, complex Chardonnay has huge appeal, and it's hard to get any more Canadian. Sourced from the Martin and Garrett vineyards, it was aged for one year in French oak. It's silky and buttery, with creamy vanilla, citrus, marmalade, and oak spice.
