This special edition made to celebrate the founding of the winery is a selection of 64% cabernet sauvignon, 20% cabernet franc, and 16% syrah, all from vineyards planted on the granitic hillsides at the Tarapacá property in Isla de Maipo in 1990. There's a tension here between firm tannins that are very reactive on the palate and a sensation of succulent fruity flavors that envelops and fills the mouth. This is a red wine that's still very young and has many years ahead in the bottle, although it's very seductive now with slices of salami. Score - 94. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2021)
