The 2017 'Vieilles Vignes' Meursault is a gorgeous showing from Vincent Girardin. As this slowly unwinds in the glass it begins to deliver beautiful aromas of white peaches, vanilla blossoms, lemon custard, tropical fruits, key lime, honeysuckle and green almond nuances. On the palate this possesses a fabulous texture, with wonderful overall balance, combining pure fruit and bright acidity leading up to the delicious, mineral-infused finish.
