Product Details
The Gamay for this wine was sourced from Rosewood's estate vineyard and two neighbouring farms, with each parcel being fermented separately using wild yeasts before being blended and aged. The 2022 vintage was a cooler one in Niagara, which resulted in excellent Gamay. This lively, tart, smoky wine has red berry, cherry, strawberry, fine balance and structure. It will be great with charcuterie and cheese.
