Whisky Bramble

The classic pairing of whisky and ginger ale gets a seasonal twist with a splash of raspberry liqueur and floating raspberries.
Makes 1 cocktail
1 oz whisky
½ oz raspberry liqueur
⅛ lime
4 oz ginger ale
Raspberries and lime wheel, for garnish
1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add whisky and raspberry liqueur. Squeeze in juice from lime. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with raspberries and lime wheel.

Entertaining-Size Whisky Bramble
8 oz whisky
4 oz raspberry liqueur
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
4 cups ginger ale
Raspberries and lime slices, for garnish
1. Pour whisky, raspberry liqueur and lime juice into a pitcher. Top with ginger ale. Stir to mix. Serve in tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with raspberries and lime slices.
