A classic that is poised to make a triumphant return. The sour citrus and sweet triple sec duke it out against the backdrop of brandy. My favourite brandy for this cocktail is the fashionable new Hennessy Black Cognac made for creative cocktails
6 parts brandy
2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 part triple sec
Add ingredients to a shaker of ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
