Tequila Caesar

Makes 1 cocktail
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ancho chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
½ of a lime
1 oz tequila
2 tbsp cilantro
1 dash Chipotle Tabasco® Sauce
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of ½ a lime
Clamato®
Tomatillo
1. On a small plate combine salt, chili powder and cumin. Run a lime around the rim of the glass, rim glass with salt mixture, and fill with ice.
2. Add tequila, cilantro, Chipotle Tabasco®, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice.
3. Top with Clamato® and garnish with a skewer of tomatillo.
