Spanish Coffee

Galliano
1 oz brandy 
½ oz Cointreau 
6 oz rich dark roasted coffee
Whipped cream
Coffee liqueur 

Rim a tall heavy glass mug with sugar, drizzle in a little Galliano and swirl it around the inside of the mug before setting it to flame. Then add 1 oz brandy and ½ oz Cointreau followed by 6 oz rich dark roasted coffee. Top it with whipped cream drizzled with a splash of coffee liqueur.
