Smoky Caesar

Lime wedge
Celery salt
Smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
1-2 drops liquid smoke
1¼oz vodka
4 oz Mott's Clamato®
4 dashes Worcestershire
3 dashes Tabasco®
Celery stalk, cherry tomato, cooked shrimp, black olive for garnish
1. Rim a highball glass with lime then a mix of celery salt and smoked paprika (to taste).
2. Fill glass with ice. Add salt and pepper, liquid smoke, vodka and Mott's Clamato®.
3. Season with Worcestershire and Tabasco® sauce. Stir.
4. Garnish with celery stalk and a skewer of cherry tomato, shrimp and black olive.
