Lighter Espresso Martini

With just a small drizzle of raw blue agave syrup and a splash of almond milk, this lighter take on the classic Espresso Martini calls for brandy, a spirit that rounds out the flavour and texture. The end result is a perfectly dry cocktail with a subtle bitter note that’s balanced out nicely with the agave.
Makes one drink.
1 ½ oz (45 mL) St-Rémy Brandy
1 ½ oz (45 mL) freshly brewed espresso
1 oz (30 mL) chilled vanilla almond milk
½ teaspoon (2 mL) raw blue agave syrup
4 espresso beans
1 In an empty cocktail shaker, combine brandy, espresso, almond milk and agave syrup. Add ice and shake ingredients well for 45 seconds until it’s fully mixed and has a nice frothy top.
2 Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with four espresso beans.
