Ginger Mojito

Winterize the flavours of a longtime favourite rum cocktail with spiced rum, ginger ale and a pear garnish.
Makes 1 cocktail
8 mint leaves plus a sprig for garnish
3 lime wedges
1 oz spiced rum
6 to 8 oz ginger ale
Pear slice for garnish (optional)
Add mint leaves, lime and rum to a highball glass. Gently muddle. Fill with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint sprig and pear slice.

Amp up the flavour in your cocktail by using spiced rum and ginger ale for this twist on a classic.
