Bacon-Wrapped, Cheese-Stuffed Skewers

Cut slices of bacon crosswise into three pieces. Set out a bunch of store-bought cheese-stuffed peppers (from a jar). Pat and soak up any excess oil using a paper towel. Wrap bacon around stuffed peppers and use soaked wooden skewers to fasten them. If you’re looking for a little extra kick, spoon 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ’nduja over cheese before wrapping with bacon. Bake cheese side up on a baking sheet in a preheated 375°F (191°C) oven until bacon is cooked through, about 25 minutes.
