Product Details
This bend of 94% tempranillo and 6% other Spanish varieties, all from old vines, was matured in oak for a total of 24 months. It delivers a very attractive and well-layered flavour profile dominated by dark fruit and some spiciness, all complemented by well-balanced acidity. The texture is soft, and the tannins are well resolved. Drink now to the late 2020s. (Tasted February 2024.) Score - 93. (Rod Phillips)
