Cabernet sauvignon from high up in the Eden Valley, around 550m above sea level. Deep crimson and a touch broody on the nose with deepset blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry fruits. Hints of blackberry conserve, mixed spice, sage, bay leaf, licorice, blackforest cake, cedar and crushed stone.
