Sancerre is the benchmark for Loire Valley sauvignon blanc, but excellent examples - such as this one - come from other Loire regions. This was matured in stainless steel tanks and delivers well-defined flavours from attack to finish, with a focus on citrus. The acidity is bright and vibrant, giving the texture some juiciness.
