This Cap Classique is a traditional method sparkler from chardonnay and pinot noir. It has quite generous almost tropical peach/mango nose with some wet stone and mild bready/crouton aromas. It is medium weight fruit driven and generous on the palate with good acidity and some sourness. The length is very good to excellent. Lots here for the money if not the finesse of top editions.
