The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a lemon-lime and chalky minerality blend with notes of white peach. I also detected hints of ginger and orange zest in the after taste. The finish is semi-sweet and refreshing. This Kabinett level Riesling would pair well with curry chicken skewers. Enjoy.
