The 2021 Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs are especially electric and defined, and the tropical fruit, ripe apple, citrus and pure driving acidity in this wine make it a characterful exemplar of the vintage. It will develop through 2024+ and pair with sashimi or grilled fish.
