Spiced Cola

Thrill the hot-sauce heads and pepperistas in your life with this spicy highball. If using bitters, add them sparingly at first or offer them on the side for individual spicing to taste.

Recipe

Sip alongside a suitably spicy snack like our crispy Jalapeño Bacon.

1½ oz brandy or spiced rum
4 oz cola, such as Fever-Tree Distillers Cola
Dash Dillon’s Hot Pepper Bitters (optional), or more to taste
Cocktail cherry or drop peppers for garnish

Add brandy, cola and bitters to a highball glass. Mix gently. Add ice to fill the glass. Garnish with cherry or drop peppers on a cocktail pick.

Makes 1 cocktail
