S'mores Cocktail
Enjoy the flavours of everyone’s favourite campfire treat, all grown up in a Martini glass.

Serve it with a bowl of our Sweet & Spicy Mixed Nuts for snacking.
Mini marshmallows, for garnish
1 oz chocolate syrup, divided
Graham cracker crumbs, for rimming glass
3 oz cream liqueur
2 to 3 dashes aromatic bitters (optional)
Dark chocolate shavings or curls, for garnish
1. Thread mini marshmallows onto a metal cocktail pick and toast, using a candle-lighter or culinary torch.
2. Pour ½ oz chocolate syrup onto a saucer and spread thinly with pastry brush or back of a spoon. Dip rim of Martini glass into syrup, then into a saucer of graham cracker crumbs. Chill glass until ready to serve.
3. To a cocktail shaker full of ice, add cream liqueur, remaining chocolate syrup and bitters, if using. Shake until thoroughly chilled, up to 30 seconds. Strain into chilled rimmed Martini glass and garnish with marshmallow pick. Top drink with chocolate shavings or curls.
