Apple Basket
Apple and whisky are a heavenly flavour combination.

Recipe
Serve alongside a cheeseboard stacked with homemade Almond & Cranberry Spelt Crisps.
1 oz whisky
½ oz lime juice
6 oz apple soda or non-alcoholic apple cider or a mix of 3 oz apple juice and 3 oz Fever-Tree club soda
Fresh apple slice and lemon twist for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice and add whisky and lime juice. Top with apple soda (or apple juice and club soda) and stir gently. Garnish with fresh apple slice and lemon twist.
Makes 1 cocktail
TIP: Try made-in-Ontario The County Bounty apple soda, subtly flavoured with lemon and fennel, or Pommies Anytime Non Alcoholic Cider.
