Featured Cocktail: Tequila Sunrise Spritz

This gorgeous drink is a mashup of a Tequlia Sunrise and an Aperol Spritz. It’s fruity, gently bitter and bubbly. 

1 oz Aperol
1 oz tequila 
2 oz strained fresh orange juice, preferably Cara Cara 
¼ oz strained fresh lime juice 
2 oz Prosecco, preferably rosé, chilled
1 oz club soda, chilled
Half orange wheel, preferably Cara Cara, to garnish
Reusable or compostable straw for serving

1. Pour Aperol into a chilled red wine glass. Fill three-quarters with ice.

2. Place tequila, orange juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add 3 ice cubes. Shake for 5 seconds. Strain into glass. Top with Prosecco then soda. Garnish with orange wheel. Add straw and serve. Stir before sipping.
