Featured Cocktail: Absolut Tabasco Caesar

Add fiery flavour to a Canadian classic by using Absolut Tabasco Vodka.

Spicy Rimmer
2 lemon wedges
1½ oz Absolut Tabasco Vodka
5 oz Caesar mixer, chilled
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Celery stalk, for garnish
Pepper-stuffed olives, preferably spicy ones
Pickled green bean

Add rimmer to a small plate. Lightly rub a lemon wedge around exterior rim of a tall glass, then press dampened rim in rimmer. Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour in vodka and Caesar mixer. Add Worcestershire sauce. Stir to mix. Top with more ice, if you like. Skewer remaining lemon wedge and olives. Use to garnish cocktail along with celery and bean.
