This Sancerre is sourced from several parcels in the Les Boucauds site, with some grapes coming from the clay/marl at the bottom of the slope and others from the richer Kimmeridgian and limestone soils at higher elevations. A lively, long wine, with peach, pear, spice and mineral. Intense but elegant. This will drink well for another decade.
