Baettig has nine hectares of pinot noir planted on the clay soils of Traiguén, in the Malleco Valley. This was fermented in stainless steel vats, to which 8% whole clusters were added to give it structure and fruit. It was aged for 10 months in barrels, 10% new oak, and the result is a strawberry juice that's sweet yet fresh. It has a nice and creamy density, the flavors are deep, and, although this is a serious wine, it drinks easily, and its flavors are irresistible. Score - 94.
