WILDASS RED 2018

Stratus became the first fully LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) winery in the world in 2005 and is also certified by Sustainable Winemaking Ontario. This cheekily named red blend is fruit-forward, bright and savoury, with easygoing tannins.

Château des Charmes is a charter member of Sustainable Winemaking Ontario and their wine barrels are sourced from sustainable forests certified by Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification. This Icewine’s honey and apricot notes only sweeten the deal.

CAMPBELL KIND WINE TAWSE RIESLING 2019

Crafted by award-winning Tawse winemaker Paul Pender, this organic Riesling is from Steven Campbell’s Kind Wines project, wherein all wines are made using eco-friendly methods. Expect incredible minerality and vivacious notes of green apple, grapefruit and orange zest.

WAYNE GRETZKY WHISKY OAK AGED CHARDONNAY 2019

Wayne Gretzky Estates has partnered with the Canadian Paralympic Committee as their official wine, beer and spirits sponsor through 2024. This wine offers ripe apple and ripe peach, with a touch of vanilla and spice.

JEAN-PIERRE MOUEIX BORDEAUX 2016

In sourcing fruit for this wine from neighbouring Right Bank farms, the Moueix family is dedicated to supporting local viticulture that is small-scale and sustainable. A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the wine offers berries, chocolate, cedar and spice.

LAURENT MIQUEL SOLAS PINOT NOIR 2019

Laurent Miquel is certified for High Environmental Value, which is a designation given to wineries in France that excel in four sustainability measures: biodiversity, use of pesticides, fertilizers, and water management. This night-harvested Pinot promises vibrant strawberry and rosemary character.

TESSELLAE OLD VINES GRENACHE/SYRAH/MOURVÈDRE 2018

Grown using organic farming practices on vines aged 50+ years, this beautifully balanced, elegant wine is bursting with kirsch, blackberry, flowers, and peppery garrigue notes.

KONO SOUTH ISLAND PINOT NOIR 2018

Grown in vineyards certified by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand, this Pinot from a family-owned Māori winery serves up earthy berry and floral aromas, a tart red-cherry core, juicy acidity and light tannins.
