Ingredients

1 tsp Pernod Absinthe
1 oz Bourbon
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemon twist for garnish

Directions

  1. Rinse a Martini glass with Pernod Absinthe and pour it away. In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, add bourbon and Angostura bitters. Shake and strain into Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
