Pinky Fizz

Ingredients

1½ oz Gentlemen Jack
1 tbsp frozen strawberries, thawed
1 oz cinnamon syrup (see recipe below)
1 oz lemon juice and fresh sliced strawberry for garnish

Directions

  1. To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except ginger ale and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh sliced strawberries.

 

Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients

1 cup water
5 cinnamon sticks
1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Bring water and cinnamon sticks to a boil. Stir sugar into the boiling mixture to dissolve, stirring constantly. When sugar has dissolved completely, cool syrup. Remove cinnamon and store in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.
