Baja Caesar


2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ancho chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 oz Reposado Tequila
2 tbsp cilantro
1 dash Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of ½ lime
Tomatillo, to garnish


  1. On a small plate combine salt, chili powder, and cumin. Run a lime around the rim of the glass, rim glass with salt mixture, and fill with ice.
  2. Add tequila, cilantro, Chipotle Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice.
  3. Top with Clamato and garnish with a skewer of tomatillo.
