Pekoe Toddy

Ingredients

1 oz whisky
½ oz maple syrup (or to taste)
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
1 orange pekoe tea bag
1 cinnamon stick
Zest of ½ orange
3 to 4 oz boiling water
1/2 orange wheel, for garnish 

Directions

  1. To a heatproof mug, add whisky, maple syrup, lemon juice, tea bag, cinnamon stick and orange zest. Top with boiling water. Stir, then remove tea bag. Garnish with orange wheel.  
 
 
Makes 1 cocktail
