Kosher or Maldon salt
¾ oz tequila
4 to 5 oz chilled grapefruit juice
4 oz chilled Muskoka Cream Ale or light lager
- Gently pinch grapefruit wedge around rim of a large Collins glass. Set grapefruit wedge aside. Rim glass with salt. Fill ¾ full with ice.
- Add tequila and grapefruit juice. Slowly add Ale. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with reserved grapefruit wedge.
