2 cups lemon sorbet, plus more for garnish
½ bottle chilled sparkling wine
3 oz vodka
3 oz whipping cream
- Rim a coupette glass with coarse sugar. Set aside.
- Spoon sorbet into a blender.
- Add wine, vodka and whipping cream and blend till smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour into chilled glasses, then garnish with a dollop of lemon sorbet and lemon zest.
