1⁄2 oz cinnamon syrup*
3 oz mango juice
Garnish with a cinnamon stick


  1. To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup* (or a pinch of ground cinnamon) and mango juice, shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. 
*To make cinnamon syrup, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup boiling water and 3 cinnamon sticks. Stir to dissolve sugar and allow to cool. Remove cinnamon and store, covered, for 1-2 weeks.
Makes 1 cocktail
