2 oz tequila
1 oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz Simple Syrup*
3 oz chilled club soda
- Pour the tequila, lemon juice and Simple Syrup into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with club soda and stir.
- Garnish with the lemon slice and cherry if desired.

1 cup water
1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Pour sugar into the boiling water, stirring constantly, and dissolve completely.
3. Cool and store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
